Even if your child is not old enough for kindergarten, we offer early learning options for families to boost their student’s education and make the transition to traditional school at age 5 easier.

At the early childhood level, we offer:

  • Transition to Kindergarten (TK) for children age 4 by August 31: a time for children to explore and begin to find their place within a new environment as they start their transition to school. This program is specifically for children with limited prior preschool experience and those who need extra help getting ready for kindergarten.

Preschool programs for children under 5:

  • Inclusion Preschool: a free, half-day program for all children ages 3-4 with a goal for them to be ready for Kindergarten.
  • Special Education Preschool: a free, half-day preschool program for children ages 3-5 who have special needs. Our program provides special education services, including cognitive, communication, adaptive, social-emotional, behavioral, fine motor, and gross motor goals. The goal is for all students to achieve kindergarten-readiness skills.
